FOODIE FAN FAQ'S

  1.  Do I get support with this membership? 

Nope, this membership is all about the food & freedom. You will have access to our community group, where you'll of course be able to ask questions and share wins, and we have a dedicated support inbox to answer any questions. 

  2. Can I cancel anytime? 

Absolutely, all of our memberships are monthly rolling, you just need to give at least 7 days notice before the end of your monthly renewal. 

  3. Do I need to track macro's?

No, not at all. There calculator is there for you if you'd like to know your ideal macro's for weight loss, maintenance or muscle growth, and you'll have the ability to amend your goals within the app at any time.  All of our recipes are designed to be balanced and macro friendly, whether you choose to track or not is your choice. 

  4. Will I be able to make my own meal plan using the recipes? 

Yes you will. You can scroll through the recipe books, favourite the ones you want to try or love, you can create your own collections and then assign them to different days in the week, as well as be able to create a shopping list from your chosen recipes. 

  5. What happens if I can't find an ingredient? 

A lot of our recipes will contain branded items, the benefit of this, is that you will be able to find a close alternative that works with what you have available. The community is a great place to get questions like this answered. 

  6. How do I track my workouts? 

You have a few options with this, you can either chose from one of the many already populated exercises in the coaching tab, you can create your own, or, you can follow one of our studio programmes which will then be auto assigned to your coaching plan, where you'll be able to re-arrange them around your week. We also recommend linking your app to Google fit/ Apple health where it will also track any of the activities linked to your health app/ smart watch, such as your daily steps. You will find helpful videos in the app to walk through navigating each section. 

  7. Can I lose weight on this membership?

Yasss girl, yes you can! Once you've set your macro's up using the info from the calculator, you'll be ready to get stuck in. Tracking your macro's, sticking to your calorie budget, and you'll see the lbs coming down week on week, which you can of course track in the app too, along with your measurements.
