AGREEMENT TO TERMS

By purchasing, registering, or otherwise accessing any of our memberships, programmes, or digital services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions, together with our Privacy Policy and Disclaimer.
If you do not agree, you must not access or use our services.

1. DEFINITIONS

• “The Calorie Academy” refers to the trading name of Me, My Chins & I Ltd, registered in England and Wales (Company No. 14651108).

• “Services” means any products, programmes, memberships, courses, or content (including recipes, workouts, and coaching) offered through our website or app.

• “Member” or “Client” refers to any individual purchasing or accessing our Services.

• “Website” means www.thecalorieacademy.com or any associated domains.

2. ELIGIBILITY

You must be at least 18 years of age to purchase or access our Services. By joining, you confirm that all information provided is accurate, and that you have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement.

3. RISKS OF PRODUCT USE

This website’s content is not a substitute for direct, personal, professional medical care or diagnosis. None of the meal plans, exercise programmes, or guidance should be followed without clearance from your physician or healthcare provider.

We are not medical professionals, and nothing on this website or within our programmes should be construed as medical advice.

There may be risks associated with following our meal plans or exercise programmes, particularly for those with pre-existing physical or mental health conditions. You participate voluntarily, at your own risk, and you assume full responsibility for any consequences.

We are not responsible for injuries, health issues, or death resulting from following our advice, programmes, or plans. You must consult your doctor before beginning any meal plan or exercise programme — no exceptions.

4. GENERALLY EXPECTED RESULTS

While our products and services are designed for implementation and success, results are not guaranteed. Individual outcomes vary based on numerous factors including consistency, genetics, health history, and lifestyle choices.

6. MEMBERSHIP ACCESS & BILLING

If you purchase a membership, you will be automatically charged at the agreed recurring interval (e.g. monthly) until you cancel.
You will retain access to meal plans, recipes, workouts, and other resources as long as your subscription remains active.

By joining, you agree that payments will continue unless you cancel in accordance with these Terms.

7. CANCELLATIONS & COOLING-OFF PERIOD

If you are a UK consumer, you have a statutory right to a 14-day “cooling-off” period after purchasing a subscription. This period begins on the date we confirm your order.

If you access your membership materials (by creating a login and entering the app) before the 14 days expire, you acknowledge that immediate access waives your statutory right to cancel.

After the cooling-off period, you may cancel at any time with a minimum of 7 days’ notice before your next renewal date.
You will retain access until the end of your current billing cycle. To cancel, email support@thecalorieacademy.com.

8. FOODIE FAN MEMBERSHIP TERMS

The Foodie Fan membership provides instant digital access to recipes, tools, and resources.
No personal coaching or 1:1 support is included. By purchasing, you agree to waive your statutory 14-day cancellation rights under UK law, as access is granted immediately.

9. RIGHT TO REFUSE OR TERMINATE ACCESS

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to refuse, suspend, or terminate any individual’s access to our website, app, programmes, or membership services at any time and for any reason.
This includes, but is not limited to, behaviour deemed abusive, inappropriate, or inconsistent with the values, integrity, or community standards of The Calorie Academy.

In such cases, we may remove access to content, coaching, or community features without prior notice. Refunds, if any, will be issued solely at our discretion.
We shall not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuation of your access to our Services.

10. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content, including text, graphics, images, videos, recipes, workouts, branding, and digital materials, are the intellectual property of Me, My Chins & I Ltd.

You may not copy, reproduce, share, record, capture, or distribute any part of our content without prior written consent.

This includes, but is not limited to, screenshots, screen recordings, downloads, or redistribution of materials shared within our website, app, or private communities.

Any unauthorised use or reproduction of our intellectual property may result in the immediate termination of access and legal action where appropriate.

11. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our Services.

We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access to our website or app, and we are not responsible for any technical failures beyond our control.
